ISSA STREETWEAR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ISSA Streetwear, every piece is made with intention and care. We want you to love what you wear.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different sizes within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange email us at:

with your order number and the size you need.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product we will make it right immediately.
Email contact@issastreetwear.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders including Senegal and West Africa:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
